Conveyancing Association member firm, Boys & Maughan, were runners-up in the award for the best regional conveyancers in the country at the ESTAS on Friday 15th April 2016.

Presented by Phil Spencer of Location, Location, Location fame at the Grosvenor Hotel in London, the accolade is purely based on ratings provided by the firm’s home buying and selling clients

Conveyancing Partner Richard Durrant said: “We are absolutely delighted to win silver in this public vote. 97 per cent of respondents gave us top marks and we were the only firm in the south east to make it to the final. Clients consistently tell us in our surveys that they are more than happy to recommend us to friends and family and use us again and it was great to see our team’s skills being independently acknowledged in this way.”

The ESTAs determine the best estate agents, mortgage brokers and conveyancers in the UK through research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received. This year saw record entries making the competition the toughest yet and one of the biggest surveys in the UK property industry with just over 30,000 people completing one of the online questionnaires.
