My role within Fidler & Pepper as Chairman and Chief Technical Officer (CTO), involves working alongside the other Directors and inputting into the strategic direction of the firm. My focus is on the technical needs of the company and developing systems and identifying new opportunities that will help to shape and grow the business to meet our key objectives, our employees needs and to deliver a positive customer experience to our clients.
I’ve found being a member of the management committee invaluable as it’s a place where I can talk openly with other business people who are facing the same issues as our firm. Conveyancing is a complex and ever-changing market and there are always new challenges and opportunities to consider, so it’s great to spend time with people who are all facing similar issues and it’s a great forum for discussing problems, threats and best practices as well as what’s happening in the wider property market.
