James Whiteley joins CA member firm, JPC Law, as Partner

CA member firm, JPC Law, is delighted to welcome James Whiteley as a Partner to its Commercial Practice Group.

James’ has over 19 years of experience as a commercial property lawyer where he advises clients on acquisitions and disposals, development schemes, drafting and negotiating options, business lease renewals and dealing with general commercial landlord and tenant matters.

For corporate transactions, James also assists with matters containing a high degree of property involvement as well as with business sale agreements, joint ventures and shareholder protection, supply and distribution agreements.

James brings a wealth of expertise in all aspects of commercial property and corporate transactions which will enhance the team’s recognised profile within the sector.

James is thrilled to be joining the JPC Law’s Commercial Practice Group. He says of his work “I am passionate about helping clients identify problems and find solutions.
