Our News Coverage | August 2017

August is a traditionally quiet month and so it has proved with many taking the opportunity (journalists included) to take their holidays and recharge their batteries for September and beyond.

Perhaps not surprisingly the ongoing news agenda has still been led by the Government’s ongoing consultation on leasehold reform and the CA has shared our initial thinking on the changes required in our regular article for Today’s Conveyancer.

Putting the finishing touches to our consultation response will mean a strong opportunity to present our views to the media in September – we will of course continue to mention the reform proposals put forward as part of our membership of the Legal Sector Group.

We will also be updating all stakeholders on the further progress that has been made in terms of our Strategic Plan workstreams.
