Our News Coverage | March 2019

March was a significant month for the CA and indeed the whole industry as we secured cross-industry support for a new Freehold Management Enquiries form. There are too many to mention here but the support of all those organisations means that we now have an industry solution to help provide the upfront information required in this space and the media picked up on its importance and the fact that so many trade bodies/groups, etc, worked together in order to bring it to ‘market’.

In other areas, our media focus has remained on key parts of the CA’s work stream not least the delivery of upfront information in order to improve the home buying and selling process plus our continued support to firms in terms of helping them fight fraud, and in helping their clients protect themselves against fraudulent activity.

April will also be a major month for the Association with the AGM taking place at the House of Commons along with both the Legal Members and the All Members Meeting. It promises to be an informative day and will set up our media activity for the next few months.
