During the 35 years plus as a solicitor, I have undertaken many varied roles including Managing Partner of a legal practice, Director and Chairman of LawNet, President of Eurojuris and founder Director and Chairman of Slough Business Community Partnership. During this period I have worked with many talented people for which I am very grateful. My term as Managing Director of Gordons Property Lawyers has itself been a rewarding and enjoyable experience but from a different perspective. I am fortunate to work with younger people who are extremely hardworking and committed to our business in a way that is truly inspiring to me and to our clients and customers.
As a business, we look after the legal side of residential property sales, purchases and remortgages. What we don’t do, is bamboozle clients and customers with legal jargon and a confusing process. Rather we explain what we do, how we do it ensuring clients and customers including professional intermediaries are kept up to date at all times.
Whilst we are based in Maidenhead but provide services to customers and clients nationwide. We are available for personal meetings with our local clients and available on the phone for our clients who are based elsewhere in the country.
We have developed a bespoke customer and partner portal that is easy to use, keeps clients, customers, brokers and agents informed, updated and ultimately reassured that the matter is progressing. All of the GPL team undergo training in each department so we all have a good understanding of the entire customer journey. We have an appreciation of the work each one of us undertakes and the impact our work has on our colleagues and ultimately our clients and customers. Our brand values are stated on our website.
