DESCRIPTION:Conveyancing is a complex business that requires a sharp eye for detail and legal minutiae. This makes the role of legal support staff and paralegals integral to the smooth running of the property transaction process. \nLegal support staff are often the ‘unsung heroes’ in the conveyancing world. That’s why tmgroup are teaming up with IQ Legal Training to give legal support staff a special online platform on 30th September. \nThis special online discussion forum will give legal support staff the chance to equip themselves with the necessary knowledge to handle property transactions with greater confidence and efficiency. \nWhat will the session cover?  \nWe will take a closer look at some of the common issues encountered by support staff\, including: \n\nDealing with TA forms when acting for seller and buyer and the relevant law\nProfessional obligations when onboarding clients\nAdvising on searches in residential transactions\n\nDelegates are invited to suggest topics and questions in advance\, when registering\, and we will endeavour to answer as many as possible during the live online session.
