Every meeting is an experience\, enhancing your conveyancing and business skills while networking with the best that the industry has to offer. \nThe meeting agenda includes: \nPractical issues around the Building Safety Act \nCyber Security Panel \nAML Policy and how to prepare for an SRA audit \nMyths around insurance claims \nContinuing Competency\nContinuing competence is a career-long enhancement of knowledge\, skill and judgement\, members can fulfil their annual training requirement\, simply by attending our various events and reading our guidance notes. \nGhost Bus Tour\nThe only comedy-horror theatre experience on wheels.\nThe tour lasts for 1 hour. \nYou will encounter all of the top attractions of York including Clifford’ Tower\, Treasurer House\, York Minster and Dick Turpin’s Grave. \nNetworking Dinner\nJoin your fellow attendees for a drink’s reception\, followed by dinner at 7pm. This is the perfect opportunity to network and re-connect with your fellow members in a more relaxed setting. \nWe have negotiated a special accommodation rate of £99.50 plus VAT including breakfast. \nPlease book early to avoid disappointment.
