Brethertons is an established law firm based in Rugby and Banbury.  The firm has 12 partners and over 170 staff.  We offer a broad range of legal services for businesses and individuals, including commercial and private litigation, commercial and employment advice, family law, conveyancing and private client services, as well as some specialist legal areas such as property management, property enfranchisement, insolvency, agricultural matters and claims resulting from head and brain and spinal injuries.  In all services we put our clients’ needs at the heart of what we do.  Customer service is our paramount concern. The vast majority of our business is from people who regularly use us and from recommendation.

Residential Conveyancing:

Our aim is to provide the highest quality of service at an affordable price.  We have built a sophisticated case management system designed to speed up all the routine aspects of the process, including document production, diary-driven procedures and automation of process, leaving our conveyancing team the time to chase up outstanding issues, keeping our clients and all other relevant parties properly informed and ensuring our clients’ particular needs are addressed.  We have CQS and Lexcel accreditation.  From the start of each transaction we are informative, providing a quotation that includes all relevant legal fees without hidden extras, and responsive, aiming to understand and accommodate all our clients’ personal needs.  We are very accessible, as we do not expect our clients to make appointments – if they want to see us they can come in at any time.  We work as a team following common working methods and promptly recording all communications and actions, so that if one conveyancer is unavailable for any reason, anyone else can easily pick up a case, readily understand the position on the matter and provide an update.
