Craig Calder has been Director of Lending at TSB since March of 2025, responsible for all product proposition and development as well as the intermediary and direct distribution teams. Craig is a passionate advocate for customer understanding and transparency across the mortgage and home ownership agenda, with over 20 years’ experience in the mortgage industry with previous roles in Virgin Money, Barclays and NatWest.
