Tom is a Director at Rowlinsons Solicitors and is head of the Property Department.
After qualifying as a Solicitor in 2007 he has spent the majority of his legal career specialising in Commercial and Residential Property dealing with highly complex and high value transactions.
In additions to his departmental responsibilities which include overseeing operations, compliance and business development, Tom actively plays a part in the day to day running of the firm with his co-directors.
As part of the Executive Committee and the Board at the Conveyancing Association, Tom wishes to use his considerable experience and contacts to drive change within the property industry. It also provides him with an excellent opportunity to share best practices with others within the property sector and with senior colleagues in other leading property firms.
