Matt joined Smoove/PEXA in March 2024 and brought with him 35 years experience in the UK’s property industry, including 10 years working in Law Firms in Business Devleopment and Practice Management positions. His experience benefits from a variety of other roles during this time including responsibility for Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product.
His strengths include building great work-life cultures, encouraging growth through hard work, collaboration and providing clear and precise direction. Matt is passionate about providing great customer experience and believes that the most successful companies have cultures built around obsessing over employees and clients needs alike.
