You will be allocated a Case Manager, who will be responsible for the day to day handling of your case and will be able to deal with all of your questions. Our role is to help and advise you with both the legal and practical matters associated with the conveyancing process. We will liaise with Mortgage Brokers, Lenders and Estate Agents on your behalf. Our aim is to ensure that your transaction proceeds as smoothly as possible.
We will keep you informed throughout the process by phone, email and post. In most cases, you will also have access to our online tracking system which will ensure that you are always kept fully up to date with the progress of your transaction.
