Roger is a behavioural economist. After graduating he joined the NZ Treasury. After a few years he returned to the UK and worked in Corporate Planning for the Airline Industry. He changed career to become Senior Lecturer at Thames Valley University, then he moved to the private sector becoming a Client Director at Henley Business School. He designed and delivered strategic management programmes tailored for Corporate Clients. After 22 years and having worked with companies such as Taylor Wimpey, Redrow, Galliford Try, Lloyds, Barclays, Nationwide, and M&S he became an independent and now focusses on helping people understand how the economy really works and the implications for their business.
