CA affiliate member, Groundsure, acquires Mining Searches UK

CA Affiliate member, Groundsure, the environmental search specialist providing property search solutions to the UK conveyancing market, has today announced the acquisition of Mining Searches UK, a specialist in historical mining risk.

The combined business will have a compelling and broad product set, with geo-environmental experts and geospatial data scientists providing advice and information products across the spectrum of geo-environmental risks.

In February 2019, Groundsure and Mining Searches UK launched a new Official CON29M Coal Mining Search bringing a new look to coal mining search reports.

The acquisition was finalised on the 2 January 2020.
