Newly launched specialist law firm, Hall Brown, selects CA Affiliate member, Converge Technology Specialists, to deliver a fully managed hosted (cloud) desktop service

Hall Brown was recently launched by former JMW Solicitors partners Sam Hall and James Brown to provide best-in-class advice on a full range of family law services. The new practice is already boasting high-profile clients including former Liverpool FC manager Brendan Rodgers, Premier League footballers, entrepreneurs and celebrities.

In establishing Hall Brown, the team recognised the need to have a technology base that was scalable for their current and future requirements, whilst supporting their delivery of exceptional client service. Sam Hall and James Brown had already experienced the benefits of working with a hosted solution whilst working as partners at JMW and were keen to maintain the same high level of flexibility, reliability and scalability as they started Hall Brown.

Hall Brown selected Converge Technology Specialists (Converge TS) to deliver a Managed Desktop Solution, providing thegrowing firm with highly available and reliable systems accessible from any location. The solution includes Managed Support, Security and System Backups.

Founding Partner, James Brown explained: “Our primary focus is the quality of service we deliver to our clients. We understand that delivering exceptional service means being accessible whenever our clients need us – regardless of the time of day or night, or where we are located at that time.

“We can only deliver that level of service if we have the right technology in place to support us. We need to be able to access all of the information we hold about a client quickly and securely, so that we can provide the best possible support and guidance.”

Nigel Wright, Founder and Managing Director of Converge TS, said: “We’re delighted to support such a respected duo as they launch their new firm.  Cloud technology is the ideal choice for start-up firms, as it provides the scalability they require as their business grows.”
