Emma is the Policy & Information Manager with The National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agency Team (NTSELAT). She is a Chartered Trading Standards Practitioner and is in her third year as Chair of the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) Welsh Branch.
She is the CTSI Lead Officer for property and is also the Lead Officer for environment and climate change issues for Trading Standards Wales.
Emma is leading the work on improving material information in property listings and is passionate about improving the home buying, selling and lettings process. Emma is a qualified coach and mentor and is a member of The Institute of Leadership and Management. Emma is a proud mother to 2 boys (men aged 22 and 20!) and a loving wife to Paul, married for nearly 24 years. Emma loves running and swimming and is a keen baker and lover of all things new in the cooking world.
