John is a Principal, Mortgage Policy at UK Finance. John is a Chartered Surveyor and has been involved in the property world for a number of years through various roles. Most recently, John was a Board Director and Director of Technical, Risk and Compliance at Countrywide Surveyors. Before that, Tangible Asset Valuation Director at RICS and which followed having the Ombudsman role for the RICS surveyors ombudsman scheme.
John is Fellow of the RICS, a qualified mediator and holder of the Ombudsman qualification from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh.
