Sophie Rickards is a Senior Product Manager in the External Services with over 20 years’ experience at Land Registry. Sophie leads on the API channel Business Gateway, Digital Mortgage and Electronic Discharges. Sophie has a passion for delivering great outcomes for our customers through an API first approach and utilising the right and latest technology to enable those outcomes. Currently in the process of delivering features that will support HMLR’s automation ambitions by the use of data validation prior to the submission of applications and is continuing to work with the Business Gateway Community to help shape the product roadmap and design decisions.
