19 February 2026 – NPTN by LMS, the UK’s first truly open, connected homebuying and selling infrastructure, today announces that live, NPTN-powered property transactions are flowing through ProConvey, the all-in-one platform for digital conveyancing.
ProConvey is one of the National Property Transaction Network (NPTN)’s trusted integration partners, with estate agents now able to access NPTN via ProConvey’s new FTS offering. NPTN gives real-time access to authenticated, shareable property data (ID, title, searches and material information) upfront, before a conveyancer is instructed, removing the lag between listing and instructing a conveyancer. For estate agents, this means accelerated pipelines, less chasing and ultimately faster transactions with fewer fall-throughs.
Estate agents can register and begin creating FTS packs on the ProConvey platform in as little as five minutes, with no subscription fees or setup costs, and access instant quotes from a panel of NPTN-enabled national law firms.
Live property cases are already benefitting from ProConvey’s NPTN-powered Fast Track Sale service. Upfront information and shared data are available to conveyancers from point of instruction and can be shared with the buyer’s conveyancer as soon as a property goes to SSTC.
