In February this year The Conveyancing Foundation Charity raised over £10,000 for the Shelter Cymru housing charity with a cycle ride from Cardiff to Dublin.

The Foundation’s next charity cycle is a 255-mile jaunt from Cardiff to Colchester in aid of the Magic Moments Charity.  Magic Moments raise funds for terminally ill children to enjoy trips to Disneyland Paris.  Last year the charity raised over £60,000from a London to Brighton Cycle.

The cycle will be over three sections: Cardiff to Bath – 21st April, Bath to Clapham Common – 22nd April and Clapham Common to Colchester – 23rd April. The Conveyancing Foundation is hoping to raise over £10,000 for the Magic Moments Charity.

Conveyancing Foundation supporters, Lloyd Davies, Rob Hosier and Geraint Aubrey will be cycling the whole way to Colchester, while other members are taking part in the 63 mile Cardiff to Bath leg.

Lloyd Davies, Operations Director at The Conveyancing Association, said:

“Magic Moments is a fantastic charity. The work it carries out in providing holidays of a lifetime means so much to these children and their families. Thank you to everyone who is taking part and for those who have donated. Your efforts and donations are very much appreciated.”

The Conveyancing Foundation will soon be launching details of its major fundraising event of 2016, The Three Peaks UK Challenge. An invitation to the whole of the conveyancing industry will go out within the next few weeks, to engage all industry stakeholders in what could be the biggest conveyancing fundraising event ever undertaken. Participants will trek up Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon – all within 24 hours! The challenge will take place over the weekend of 16th – 18th September. Anyone can take part, with funds being raised for the Children with Cancer UK Charity.
