There was major news out of the Government this month with, at last, a comment to how it intends to deliver major improvement in the home buying and selling process, through digitalisation. Government mandation has been one of the key missing ingredients in recent years, and a commitment in this area has been warmly welcomed by the CA – see Beth Rudolf comments below – and across the property market spectrum.
