This was the second instalment in our ongoing webinar series in partnership with Propertymark, held on 27th August.

The session explored whether clients are asking too much from agents and conveyancers during the sales progression and conveyancing process, or whether the focus on referral fees and cut-price deals is limiting the ability to deliver high-quality service.

The discussion featured Liana Loporto-Browne and Stuart Matthews  (Propertymark) alongside Samantha Burrows and Alistair McKinlay (Ridley and Hall Legal Limited). The session was moderated by Clare Yates, an experienced facilitator with insight into both sides of the transaction.

Together, the panel tackled what’s going wrong, how collaboration can be improved, and what changes are needed to create a better experience for consumers.
