Our News Coverage | January 2024
Next week we have the 2024 CA Annual Conference and Charity Dinner taking place in Manchester and we hope to see as many members, affiliates and stakeholders attending, for what is sure to be a fantastic series of seminars, presentations, not forgetting the evening entertainment.
Earlier this month we outlined the full Conference agenda and in her monthly blog, our Non-Exec Chair, Nicky Heathcote, outlined all the reasons why you should be registering to attend if you’ve not yet done so. In February we will have plenty of coverage of the Conference itself and will be reviewing all the sessions and the learnings we can all take away from the day.
January has been a busy month. Anecdotal evidence suggests the housing market has seen a noticeable pick-up and we hope this continues throughout the rest of the year.
During the month the CA also updated our Estate Agent Best Practice Guide – details below – and in a number of articles we highlighted how important collaboration between all property professionals is in order to ensure we get an excellent and timely process for consumers.
