Our News Coverage | March 2016

March was an incredibly busy month in the press for the Association with significant events to comment on including the Budget, the introduction of the Mortgage Credit Directive (MCD) and finally the run-up to the stamp duty changes which take place on the 1st of April.

Unsurprisingly, the views of the CA and our members were sought on all these issues by the trade press such as the Law Society Gazette and national newspapers such as The Guardian, The Observer and the Financial Times.

On top of these comments we issued some notable press releases covering the need for cyber-vigilance, following our Management and All-Member meeting at the start of the month, plus details of our new Affiliate Member, Safe Home Move.
