We have recently rolled out significant updates to our secure online portal, introducing new features and updating the interface with a refreshed design based on users’ valuable insights.
What’s New?
While the online portal retains all of the functionality that Redbrick clients are familiar with, we’ve used this opportunity to enhance its design and user interface (UI) for a cleaner look.
The key enhancements include:
1. Improved Mobile Responsiveness
Our tracking data shows that most users access the portal via mobile devices or tablets, so we’ve made it a priority to improve the mobile experience. Whether users are managing cases or accessing information on the go, the updated portal is fully optimised for mobile browsers, offering a seamless experience across all devices.
2. Customisable Branding Options
Users now have greater control over the portal’s appearance, allowing our clients to align it with their law firm’s branding. Certain elements, such as menus and headings, are fully customisable. This is optional, but it provides an excellent opportunity to reinforce the law firm’s branding with their client interactions.
3. Collapsible Menu for Better Navigation
We’ve introduced a collapsible menu, which means more space for our client’s content and easier navigation. This streamlined design makes the portal less cluttered and more intuitive for users, especially when using mobile devices.
4. Improved User Experience with Reorganised Pages
Some features, such as the logbook and partner pages, have been moved to their own sections within the menu. This update enhances the overall usability and makes it easier for users to locate key sections, improving the flow and user-friendliness of the site.
The new design is built to make navigation smoother, mobile use simpler, and our clients overall experience better.
