Our News Coverage | September 2023
September has been a significant month for the Association with the launch of a brand new protocol, the Digital Conveyancing Protocol, and the refresh of our existing Technical Protocol, off the back of the Digital document. Both Protocols work in tandem together however the Digital Conveyancing one is designed to outline the range of digital options/solutions/products, etc, which are currently available and can be utilised right now by conveyancing firms.
It contains a raft of recommendations that firms can follow, and hopefully as a result of this, members will want to follow both the Digital Protocol and the Technical document, which in turn should speed up the home buying and selling process for all.
For those who didn’t pick up on the launch of the Digital Protocol specifically, there are a raft of links below plus we would urge you to read Nicky Heathcote’s website blog and Beth Rudolf’s article in Today’s Conveyancer which cover this in more detail.
